NFL Draft Odds: Which Team Will Draft Anthony Richardson (QB, Florida Gators)?

Indianapolis Colts (+200)

As the NFL Draft approaches, it becomes smoke and mirrors season. Franchises will leak just about anything to throw other teams off their scent, especially about who they’re targeting early. After being graded with the highest Relative Atheltic (RAS) ever for a quarterback, Anthony Richardson has shot up draft boards. But he’s not just an athletic freak, as he reportedly impressed NFL front offices with his football IQ.

Here is a look at the current NFL Draft odds for where Richardson will land:

The Titans have been the big movers up the board of late after reports claimed the Titans are “exploring” trading up to No. 3. However, on “The Pat McAfee Show,” Daniel Jeremiah, who the “report” originated from, claimed that it was only speculation gathered from speaking with NFL GMs that “took on a life of its own.”

While Nashville media then verified the speculation, it remains uncertain if the Titans would make a move to No. 3. This team just spent a third-round pick on a similar-style QB, Malik Willis. Plus, the Titans don’t have the infrastructure to support a rookie QB. Tennessee’s current starting receivers include Treylon Burks, Nick Westbrook-Ikhine and Kyle Phillips – a less-than-inspiring bunch. They also just tore their offensive line down. It doesn’t make much sense to bet the Titans at their current NFL Draft odds when they still have to move up.

On the other hand, the Colts are already at pick No. 4. They also have the highest-paid offensive line, and at least one legit receiver in Michael Pittman Jr. New Colts head coach Shane Steichen was also the lead offensive architect in transforming Jalen Hurts from an athletic-but-questionable QB to an MVP candidate.

Colts owner Jim Irsay has never been afraid to mix things up. Taking the risk on Richardson at No. 4 or trading up to get him at No. 3 would fall under that category. The Colts NFL Draft odds will likely only shrink the later we get into April. So I suggest hopping on them now before they do.
