It is Week 10 in the NFL, and it’s time to keep pushing those winning DFS lineups! The trade deadline has passed, fantasy football league playoffs are starting to form, and the NFL standings are tightening up. The second half of the season is fully underway, and that means it’s crunch time in DFS. Time to really get into that winning mentality to form the top lineup week in and out. So, let’s not waste any time and take a look at who I believe should be in your DFS or FastDraft Flex Six Frenzy lineups for Week 10.
Week 10 NFL “FastDraft Flex Six Frenzy” Lineup Advice (2025) | NFL DFS Picks
James Cook (RB, Buffalo Bills)
All James Cook has done this season is be one of the most consistent fantasy running backs of 2025. In six of eight games this season, he finished as the RB9 or better, and in four games, he finished as the RB5 or better. His consistency is damn near unstoppable, and he is putting up some great numbers. As it sits today, Cook is the RB6 overall with the second-most rushing yards (867) and the fourth-most rushing touchdowns (seven). But it’s his big-play ability on top of consistently racking up fantasy points that’s the kicker. At any given moment, he can rip off a 60-yard touchdown run, and that could very well happen on Sunday.
This Sunday, the Buffalo Bills and James Cook take on the Miami Dolphins in a divisional matchup. In their Week 3 showdown, Cook had 108 yards rushing and a touchdown, which landed him as the RB5 that week. What’s even better news is that the Dolphins haven’t improved at all against fantasy running backs. They’re still the fifth-easiest matchup for the position, allowing opposing backs to score 24.5 fantasy points per game. This game is one you’ll want to target. With an implied point total of 50 at the moment, we should be in store for a high-scoring affair. Between the Dolphins’ weak track record and James Cook’s past success against them, plus his consistency and big-play ability, he needs to be in your lineup.
De’Von Achane (RB, Miami Dolphins)
We’re staying right here with this matchup! As mentioned, this point total is too hard to ignore and you’re going to want the Miami Dolphins’ best weapon in your DFS lineup. If you were to give James Cook a “B” grade for his consistency, then De’Von Achane would be an “A” without question. Through nine weeks of play, he has yet to finish outside the top 17, with four weeks as the RB10 or better and two weeks as the RB3.
But it’s not just about consistency; it’s the target share that really makes Achane the “Belle of the Ball” in Miami. Only Christian McCaffrey has more targets than Achane across the league, and the Dolphins back has a total of 60 on the season. What he does after the catch is where the magic happens, though. Right now, he’s averaging nearly 6.5 yards per reception, and he has two receiving touchdowns on the season.
Besides being wildly consistent, the loss of wide receiver Tyreek Hill has made the bellcow back a big benefactor. Quarterback Tua Tagovailoa loves to throw the ball, and even if he stinks at doing that, luckily for Achane, he doesn’t have to throw it far. Tua will continue to target Achane, and against this Bills defense, it’s not a bad idea. Why? Well, the Bills are the seventh-easiest matchup for fantasy running backs. They allow the position to score about 22.4 points per game on average. With Tua Tagovailoa struggling to throw the ball downfield, I expect a ton of targets for De’Von Achane this week. Get him in your lineup.
Amon-Ra St. Brown (WR, Detroit Lions)
Is Amon-Ra St. Brown the most undervalued and underappreciated fantasy football asset out there? It seems like no one ever talks about the Detroit Lions’ WR1, but year in and year out, he produces alongside some of the best wide receivers currently in the league. “ARSB” is, as of right now, the WR4 overall with the third-most receptions amongst wide receivers at 59. He’s also in the top six in receiving yards with 635 and has the second-most receiving touchdowns with seven. Quarterback Jared Goff loves ARSB, and he is a key cog in the Lions’ passing attack, if not the most important piece.
The Detroit Lions face off against the Washington Commanders in Week 10, and it couldn’t be a better-suited matchup for Amon-Ra St. Brown. The Commanders rank as the fourth-easiest matchup for wideouts. After this past week and the Lions’ struggles against the Minnesota Vikings, I expect them to get rolling fast. If the Commanders continue to give up 32.6 points per game to the wide receiver position, as they’ve been averaging, there’s no reason why St. Brown can’t have a massive day on Sunday. He should be in your DFS lineup; you don’t want to miss out on a Detroit Lions “get right” game.
Jordan Addison (WR, Minnesota Vikings)
Let’s stick with the NFC North and talk about Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Jordan Addison, another fantasy asset that doesn’t get the praise he very much deserves. If you take away the two games this season with a completely broken quarterback in Carson Wentz, Addison didn’t have a fantasy finish outside WR20, and he had two top-14 finishes to boot. Yes, it’s all about fellow receiver Justin Jefferson in Minnesota. But the truth of the matter is that Addison is just as important to this team as Jefferson, especially as Jefferson will continue to draw multiple defenders, which is part of the reason why Addison is so successful.
This week, the Vikings invite the Baltimore Ravens to town in a battle of the purple uniforms. If you’ve been following along this season, the Ravens have been a defense to target against wide receivers due to their struggles and injuries. The Ravens have been better over the last two weeks, but they’re still allowing 31.8 points per game to the wide receiver position. I expect Baltimore to key on Justin Jefferson and get pressure on quarterback J.J. McCarthy. If that holds true, there will be a lot of quick and short passes to Jordan Addison in the slot and flat. Don’t forget his speed; at any moment, Addison can break a defense and blow a coverage for a big house call.
Mark Andrews (TE, Baltimore Ravens)
Sticking with the Vikings and Ravens matchup for one of my two tight ends, let’s talk about Mark Andrews. Whether you want to admit it or not, he is one of quarterback Lamar Jackson‘s favorite targets, especially when it matters most. Last week, Andrews’ stat line wasn’t jaw-dropping by any means, but the important part is what he was able to do with just three targets. With his three targets, Andrews caught two of them and turned them both into touchdowns. It seems like when it comes to finding the end zone with Jackson under center, Andrews can do it with relative ease.
Like I said last week about Detroit Lions tight end Sam LaPorta, who faced the Vikings, they have a knack for not defending the tight end. LaPorta went off last week, with six catches for 98 yards and a touchdown. The Ravens are too smart to overlook that, and I’d be willing to bet they’re going to continue targeting Andrews, knowing that the Vikings’ defense is in the top ten worst against fantasy tight ends. Not only that, but we’ve seen this his whole career with Lamar Jackson; Mark Andrews is a favorite target of his, and he’s going to get his on Sunday once again.
Juwan Johnson (TE, New Orleans Saints)
Tight end for the New Orleans Saints, Juwan Johnson, has quietly been the TE10 through nine weeks in PPR formats. He has been a safety valve for both quarterbacks, first Spencer Rattler and now Tyler Shough. This is not an endorsement for Shough, who hasn’t been good since being named the starter, but it’s hard to ignore what Johnson has done. He’s fourth overall in targets for tight ends, sixth in receptions, and eighth in receiving yards. With only two touchdowns, I can see the floor isn’t the highest, but it’s only a matter of time until he gets the endzone again with the way he’s being targeted. Now, with the departure of wide receiver Rasheed Shaheed to the Seattle Seahawks via trade, there are vacated targets that need a new owner and I see Juwan Johnson as the main beneficiary of his absence.
Now for the matchup; the Saints will square off against the Carolina Panthers, who are in the bottom third when it comes to defending against tight ends. They will key in on taking away wide receiver Chris Olave, which should open up even more targets for Johnson. The Panthers have also been getting pressure on the quarterback, and Shough isn’t going to have all day for Olave to get open. Look for Johnson in the middle and in the flats as Shough will be under duress early and want to unload the ball to him. The targets and receptions should be there to boost Juwan Johnson’s PPR points, and we’ll just hope that he can cap it off by falling into the endzone on one of them.
