by James Danielson

We are four weeks into the 2025 NFL Season, football fans! It has been nothing short of a roller coaster already. Key injuries to big-name players, such as starting Arizona Cardinals running back James Conner. Quarterback changes less than a quarter of the way through the season in New York for the Giants. The Indianapolis Colts are on an undefeated heater with quarterback Daniel Jones. It all happens so fast.

As a fantasy football player and DFS guru, you need to adapt, but we’re here to help! It’s time to look at the upcoming main slate for week four and set that money-winning lineup for a Flex Six Frenzy DFS on the FastDraft app.

Week 4 NFL “FastDraft Flex Six Frenzy” Lineup Advice (2025) | NFL DFS Picks

Omarion Hampton (RB, Los Angeles Chargers)

It’s finally here, folks. The breakout of Chargers running back Omarion Hampton is on the horizon and may very well begin this weekend. With the big loss of fellow back Najee Harris due to a torn Achilles, Hampton is in line for a larger role in the offense. Not that it wasn’t already heading that way to begin with. However, the injury all but solidifies Hampton’s breakout. Hampton was already seeing 75% of the snaps for the Chargers and was averaging 14 attempts and three targets a game. But now that it’ll be largely Hampton and likely Hassan Haskins to spell, the moment many have waited for has most likely arrived. Haskins has been completely irrelevant in fantasy and DFS in his career, so little stands in the way of Hampton.

This week, Omarion Hampton and the Chargers take on the New York Giants, who currently rank second-to-last against running backs. The Giants will let the Chargers run the ball, and we know that Coach Jim Harbaugh loves to run. Granted, the Chargers have unleashed quarterback Justin Herbert a lot more this season, but it shouldn’t have much effect on the run game here. With the Chargers as 6.5-point favorites, the game script suggests that they’ll be able to run the ball more effectively. That’s where the rookie comes in, and it should be a good day for Hampton.

Derrick Henry (RB, Baltimore Ravens)

Look, it’s been less than a perfect start for “King Henry” and the Baltimore Ravens. But if memory and history serve right, then Derrick Henry is in for a nice game. He is, without a doubt, still the Derrick Henry we know and love. Though, as of late, he’s developed a bit of a fumble issue; with three fumbles so far, his numbers aren’t as dominant as they have been in the past. However, despite the fumbles, Henry is 25th amongst running backs in opportunities, with 43 total in three weeks and even with the fumbling, Henry is going to get his. The Baltimore Ravens aren’t going to steer away from a running back of his caliber due to a couple of balls on the ground.

Now here comes the fun part. The Ravens take on the Kansas City Chiefs this week, who are in the bottom eight against running backs in fantasy football. Not only that, but Henry has a pretty great track record against the Chiefs Kingdom. In five games against Kansas City, Henry has tallied 493 yards and seven touchdowns, and in three of those games, he doubled up on finding paydirt. If you didn’t get the chance to see Derrick Henry’s face Monday night during the game when he put the ball on the ground, you would’ve seen a man who was peeved with himself and what he’d done. If that doesn’t mean a big bounce back game from the King, then I don’t know what does.

Jakobi Meyers (WR, Las Vegas Raiders)

If there is one thing you can count on from wide receiver Jakobi Meyers, it’s that he’s a pretty safe bet for a good floor play. Through three games, Meyers is averaging around nine targets and six catches per game. He also has the tenth-most yards amongst wide receivers so far this season, with 228. The Las Vegas Raiders haven’t fully broken in their shiny toy in running back Ashton Jeanty, and quarterback Geno Smith has been subpar.

That being said, Geno Smith had a solid outing this past game and ended the week as the QB4. If he can continue to heat up, that only means better days ahead for Jakobi Meyers. We did see a huge boom game from fellow wide receiver Tre Tucker last week, but I don’t see that being a consistent trend. I expect Meyers, as the Raiders’ alpha receiver, to get back to his leading self this week.

The Raiders face the Chicago Bears, who, if you haven’t been paying attention, are a complete train wreck at the moment. They can’t do anything to stop the opposing offense. Whether it’s through the air or on the ground, it has been a nightmare for this defense. They rank third from the bottom against opposing wide receivers in points allowed over expectation, which is just another reason to throw Jakobi Meyers in your lineup this week, even if he hasn’t found paydirt yet. I’m making this my touchdown call of the week; Jakobi Meyers will find the endzone in Week 4.

Malik Nabers (WR, New York Giants)

I’m calling a shot here, and a big one at that. If you didn’t hear, quarterback Russell Wilson got benched this week. That means rookie quarterback Jaxson Dart will be under center for the first time in the 2025 season. A lot is riding on Dart’s performance and that will impact Malik Nabers‘ production on Sunday. Do I think Dart is a better quarterback than Wilson? Yeah, probably. I mean, Russell Wilson threw the ball away four straight times when the Giants needed to win the game against the Chiefs. Any elementary quarterback knows you can’t do that.

I don’t know how good Dart truly is. But Nabers is such an elite talent that I don’t think it matters much. The sophomore receiver is going to get separation, he’ll get downfield and they honestly just need to throw the ball up to him. Nabers has 32 targets in three games! That is elite-level targeting and a great starting point.

The Giants have a tough task ahead, and the matchup isn’t perfect for Nabers. It’s a longshot here. The Giants face a Los Angeles Chargers defense that has been sticky in the secondary. In fact, they’re the seventh-hardest matchup for wide receivers, but with a quarterback change and a potential game script that says they’ll be throwing the ball, it could work out great. The Giants are 6.5-point underdogs, and they won’t be able to run rookie running back Cam Skattebo into the ground for a win. The “G-Men” will need to air it out. Who else should be on the receiving end of that other than your elite, young wide receiver Malik Nabers?

Jake Ferguson (TE, Dallas Cowboys)

This might be my favorite pick of the week across all positions if I’m being honest. Jake Ferguson is in a prime situation to get absolutely peppered with targets on Sunday. Not only did the Dallas Cowboys lose star wide receiver CeeDee Lamb to injury, but we still haven’t seen wide receiver George Pickens prove that he is an alpha in any offense on which he’s played. We also saw a huge uptick in targets last week for Ferguson when Lamb went down, with quarterback Dak Prescott targeting Ferguson a whopping 14 times. That resulted in 13 catches for 82 yards. The only downside was that Ferguson didn’t find the endzone. But 14 targets? Sign me up.

People will see the Green Bay Packers as the matchup and shy away, but you shouldn’t do that. The Green Bay Packers, at this point in the season, have arguably the best defense in the league, but there is one soft spot and that spot just so happens to be the tight end position. Through three weeks, the Packers rank as a bottom-ten defense against tight ends. In Week 1, Detroit Lions Sam LaPorta caught six passes for 79 yards. Week 2, Washington Commanders Zach Ertz caught six passes for 64 yards and a touchdown. Then this last week, Cleveland Browns tight ends David Njoku and Harold Fannin Jr. combined for eight catches that resulted in 65 yards. Not to mention, Fannin dropped a sure-fire touchdown. If the Cowboys continue the trend, Jake Ferguson will have a great fantasy game.

Tyler Warren (TE, Indianapolis Colts)

Low hanging fruit? Absolutely. Does it matter? No, low-hanging fruit still needs to be picked. I say that because it seems rookie tight end Tyler Warren is on the verge of having a massive season for the Indianapolis Colts. Through three weeks, he’s finished as the TE5, TE7 and TE22. It also seems that he’s developing a connection with quarterback Daniel Jones, who is targeting Warren an average of seven times per game. The TE is also actually getting involved a bit in the running game, which hasn’t amounted to much yet, but it is another opportunity to score points.

Again, the match-up isn’t perfect. The Los Angeles Rams are a bottom-half defense against fantasy tight ends, but they will be looking for Warren. You’re betting on the talent of Warren and the Colts’ ability to get their stud tight end the ball. They’re going to draw up plays for the rookie, and if quarterback Daniel Jones plays even 75% of the way he has, then he’ll be just fine. I believe in what I’ve seen so far from the Colts. Some of that pressure on Daniel Jones and Tyler Warren should also be alleviated by running back Jonathan Taylor as well, who currently looks like the best running back in the NFL for the 2025 season.
