Quarterback choices for Week 11 are extremely thin. Four teams are on bye, and there are some tough matchups on tap for the ones that are available. However, this time of the season is where you have the chance to shine and score big. Some managers will show doubt, but not you! You know that the key to victory will be your quarterback streamers for this week. Time to pick a winner.

Each week, we will be looking at players who are rostered in 40% or fewer leagues using ESPN data. Let’s see who is available and ready to bust the ceiling for your Week 11 matchup.

Fantasy Football Quarterback Streamers: Week 11 (2023)

Joshua Dobbs (QB, Minnesota Vikings) | 39% Rostered

Joshua Dobbs is one of the best stories of the year. For a quarterback who has spent most of his career on the bench, this star is ready to shine. Dobbs completed 23 of 34 passes for 268 yards and one touchdown. He also had eight carries for 44 yards and one touchdown to finish the day with 25.1 fantasy points. As for weapons, Dobbs has at least two that can make plays. In the last three games, T.J. Hockenson had a 35.3% target share, and Jordan Addison had a 21.8% share.

The Vikings travel to Denver to face the Broncos for a Sunday night primetime game. The Broncos are giving up 265 passing yards and 17.8 fantasy points per game to the quarterback position. If I need a quarterback streamer for this week, Dobbs is my No. 1 choice.

Will Levis (QB, Tennessee Titans) | 35.8% Rostered

After his stellar debut, Will Levis has drifted away from the spotlight of his first game. This past week, Levis completed 18 of 39 passes for 199 yards and one interception, finishing the day with six fantasy points. His main target has become DeAndre Hopkins, who has earned a 24.8% target share over the last three games.

The Titans will travel to Jacksonville to play the Jaguars on Sunday afternoon. The Jaguars allow 277 passing yards and 17.6 fantasy points to the quarterback position. Levis has had a couple of rough games. However, there is a great opportunity for him to bounce back in this divisional game.

Matthew Stafford (QB, Los Angeles Rams) | 30.1% Rostered

Matthew Stafford is coming off a bye week and an injured thumb, but in a week with four teams on bye, he might be the quarterback streamer you need this week. In his last game, he completed 13 of 22 passes for 162 yards and one touchdown with one interception, ending with 11.4 fantasy points. Puka Nacua leads the team with a 30.2% target share over the last three games, and Cooper Kupp has a 27.9% target share during the same stetch.

The Seattle Seahawks travel to Los Angeles for this Sunday matchup. The Seahawks are giving up 261 passing yards and 17 fantasy points per game to the quarterback position. Stafford is a veteran that you can’t pass on. Coming off a bye and having healthy weapons at your disposal is a good feeling for a quarterback streamer this week.

We have just three quarterbacks listed for Week 11, but several more are available. Take time and check out more at ESPN.com or your league’s platform. Good luck with your quarterback streamers and all your Week 11 matchups!
