NFL Week 5 PrizePicks Player Predictions

Gus Edwards (RB, Baltimore Ravens) MORE Than 43.5 Rushing Yards

The Pittsburgh Steelers have allowed opposing running backs an average of 126.5 rushing yards per game over the first four weeks of the season. That may be a little skewed, as they went up against Christian McCaffrey in Week 1. However this line is only set at 43.5 rushing yards for Baltimore Ravens running back Gus Edwards. The “Gus Bus” has averaged 48.3 rushing yards per game this year, so I’m taking the over on this prop.

Justin Jefferson (WR, Minnesota Vikings) + Travis Kelce (TE, Kansas City Chiefs) MORE Than 1.5 Rushing + Receiving TDs | Combos

PrizePicks offers a variety of categories for props. They have one category that takes two players and creates a line for them in combination. Coming into week 5, this combination of Justin Jefferson and Travis Kelce with the line of 1.5 Rush or Receiving TD is a juicy one. These two players are playing against each other as the Minnesota Vikings and the Kansas City Chiefs face off. The WR and TE will need to get two touchdowns for this MORE pick to hit. With the attention Kelce has gotten from dating Taylor Swift, he will surely want to put on a show in the end zone. And isn’t it time to see the Griddy again? I think so. Let’s smash the over on this fun combo line on PrizePicks!

Dak Prescott (QB, Dallas Cowboys) LESS Than 241.5 Passing Yards

The San Francisco 49ers’ defense is allowing an average of 235.25 passing yards to opposing quarterbacks this season. Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott is averaging 227 passing yards per game across the first four weeks. Granted, it’s only a four-game sample size, but that is even lower than Prescott’s average of 238.3 passing yards last year. I’m a Prescott fan and always will be. However, he’s seeing a dip in his production. Take that along with the Cowboys facing the staunch 49ers defense? I’m taking the LESS side of this PrizePicks line.

Daniel Jones (QB, New York Giants) MORE Than 0.5 Interceptions

New York Giants quarterback Daniel Jones is struggling this season regarding interceptions. He’s had six already, and it’s only been four games. Jones had five on the entire 2022 season. I’d be remiss if I didn’t predict the Miami Dolphins defense will intercept him at least once.

Remember, with any PrizePicks play, follow your gut on the lines you agree with. Always play responsibly. And always, always make sure you’re having fun with it!
