Fantasy Football Quarterback Streamers: Week 14 (2023)

by Stacey Cochran

Are you making the playoffs? Did your quarterback have an injury in Week 13, and now you need help? Do you keep asking yourself the question, “What the hell is going on with my quarterback?”

If this sounds like you, then you have found the right article!

Streaming quarterbacks is not for the weak of heart. If you still have to sleep with the lights on, you’ve got bigger issues than needing a quarterback, and I can’t help you with that. However, I can try to help you reach that place of quarterback utopia, where you have a quarterback that doesn’t give you nightmares, and you can at least sleep with the lights off.

Each week, we will be looking at players who are rostered in 40% or fewer leagues using ESPN data. Let’s dive into our list for Week 14 and get ready to take our team to the top of our league.

Fantasy Football Quarterback Streamers: Week 14 (2023)

Jake Browning (QB, Cincinnati Bengals) | 12% Rostered

Jake Browning is coming off a big win after leading the Bengals to victory against the Jacksonville Jaguars on “Monday Night Football.” He completed 32 of 37 passes for 354 yards and one touchdown, adding two carries for 22 yards and another touchdown on the ground. He finished the day with 26.7 fantasy points. Over the last three games, Ja’Marr Chase has been leading with a target share of 27.2%, and Tyler Boyd has a 19.6% share. With Tee Higgins returning after being out, Browning will have plenty of weapons moving forward.

The Cincinnati Bengals will welcome the Indianapolis Colts to the jungle on Sunday. The Colts are giving up an average of 239 passing yards and 14.2 fantasy points to the quarterback position. When Joe Burrow went out, there wasn’t much hope for Browning to be the man to take them to the playoffs. However, I think Browning has another idea on how this story will end, making him a solid quarterback streamer for the week.

Gardner Minshew (QB, Indianapolis Colts) | 10.5% Rostered

There have been plenty of games in Gardner Minshew‘s five-year career where he has worked miracles to pull off the win. After Sunday’s victory over the Tennessee Titans, I believe he still has something up his sleeve. Minshew completed 26 of 42 passes for 312 yards, two touchdowns and one fumble, totaling 18.7 fantasy points. Michael Pittman Jr. has an amazing 35.8% target share over the last three games, and Josh Downs has a 19.6% target share in that span.

As mentioned, the Indianapolis Colts travel to Cincinnati for the Week 14 matchup. The Bengals are allowing an average of 269 passing yards and 17.8 fantasy points to the quarterback position. Minshew will be dealing out his magic this Sunday to try and keep the Colts in the hunt for a playoff spot. He can help you do the same as a quarterback streamer.

Joe Flacco (QB, Cleveland Browns) | 2.5% Rostered

If you had told me that Joe Flacco would be the starting quarterback on a playoff-hopeful team this year, I would have laughed or called you a few choice names. But he is, and he’s a quarterback streamer this week, no less. Flacco completed 23 of 44 passes in Week 13, finishing as the QB13 with 254 yards, two touchdowns and one interception for 16.2 fantasy points. Amari Cooper is in concussion protocol, so look for Elijah Moore to likely take the lead this week. Moore has a 23.1% target share over the last three games.

The Jacksonville Jaguars come to Cleveland for the Week 14 tilt. The Jaguars surrender an average of 276 passing yards and 19.1 fantasy points to the quarterback position. Flacco will have a chance to get the Browns in the win column, with the Jaguars likely using their backup quarterback for this game now that Trevor Lawrence is possibly out with a high ankle sprain.

We have just three quarterbacks listed for Week 14, but several more are available. Take time and check out more at ESPN.com or your league’s platform. Good luck with your quarterback streamers and all your Week 14 matchups!
