Week 15 is here, and that can only mean one thing: playoffs! For 14 weeks, you have fought and struggled to assemble a team that can bring the championship home. Unfortunately, the 14 weeks brought you something else: injuries, the part of the game we have no control over. All the research from 10 fantasy football websites could never prepare you for this wild season we have seen at quarterback. However, don’t lose hope. There are still good quarterbacks on the waiver wire that can lead you to a championship. Let’s jump into the signal caller pool and see what quarterback streamers are going to help us bring home the trophy.

Fantasy Football Quarterback Streamers: Week 15 (2023)
Matthew Stafford (QB, Los Angeles Rams) | 33.6% Rostered
Over the last three weeks, Matthew Stafford has had some of his best performances of the season. On Sunday, he completed 23 of 41 passes for 294 yards and three touchdowns. He finished the day with 23.7 fantasy points. During the last three weeks, Puka Nacua and Cooper Kupp have both had an equal target share of 22.3%
The Washington Commanders will travel to Los Angeles for the Sunday matchup. The Commanders are surrendering 277 passing yards and 21.5 fantasy points to the quarterback position. There is a slim window for the Rams to earn a wild card berth for the playoffs. In this Week 15 game, look for Stafford to keep his foot on the pedal as they pursue another championship. He could be the quarterback streamer to help you do the same.
Jake Browning (QB, Cincinnati Bengals) | 29.5% Rostered
In just his third start, Jake Browning is guiding the Bengals back into the wild card hunt. Browning completed 18 of 24 passes for 275 yards, two touchdowns and one interception. He also added a rushing touchdown, finishing with 23.7 fantasy points. Ja’Marr Chase is leading the team in targets and has a 25.6% target share over the last three games.
The Minnesota Vikings will travel to the jungle for the Sunday afternoon game. The Vikings are allowing 234 passing yards and 15.7 fantasy points per game to the position. After all the injuries at quarterback the past few weeks, don’t be surprised if Browning is gone in your league after this week, so snag this quarterback streamer while you can.
Joe Flacco (QB, Cleveland Browns) | 4.4% Rostered
Joe Flacco is proving that you’re never too old to get the job done. In his second start of the season, he completed 26 of 45 passes for 311 yards, three touchdowns, one interception and one fumble. He ended the day with 20.3 fantasy points. Elijah Moore has had a 22% target share over the last three games, and Amari Cooper is coming in with a 20% target share during that span.
The Chicago Bears travel to Cleveland for the Week 15 matchup. The Bears are surrendering 241 passing yards and 16.2 fantasy points to the quarterback position. The Browns seem to have new life with Flacco under center. The defense is at the top of its game this season. It reminds me of another team for which Flacco played and won a Super Bowl: the Baltimore Ravens.
