2024 Coke Zero Sugar 400 Prop Bet of the Week
Kyle Busch: Top-5 Finish (+325)
NASCAR returns to the “Birthplace of Speed” this week, and the drivers will strap in for 400 miles of mayhem. Daytona and Talladega are the hardest tracks to handicap, in my opinion, but the odds reflect the risk that is taken, and there can be a small amount of value still left to be found.
In the superspeedway motor, there’s one car that has stood out to me above the others: the No. 8 car. Kyle Busch won at Talladega last year and seemed to always find his way to the front at 2.5-mile tracks. He and his Richard Childress Racing (RCR) teams had a great car here in the Daytona 500 earlier in the year and brought that same speed to Atlanta the week after, where he was edged out in a photo-finish at the line. I expect them to be fast again this week, and I think there is value in the number of chips falling in their direction.
