2024 NASCAR Cup Series Championship Prop Bet of the Week
Top 5: William Byron (-120)
It’s hard to believe that the final race of the season is here. It all comes down to one race. The Championship 4 will duke it for who will win the coveted Bill France Cup. If there’s one driver that I can count on to run a clean race and be there at the end when it truly matters, it’s William Byron.
I expect the sole remaining Hendrick Motorsports (HMS) playoff driver to be given a fast ride and that he will do what is necessary to have them contend for the championship at the end. He has won several races by just running a clean race, letting others make mistakes, and being there to pick up the pieces. I expect him to be better than both Tyler Reddick and Joey Logano, who finished 34th in the Phoenix Spring race. This opens up a lot of room inside the top five for him to earn a quality finish in what will be the biggest race of his life. I look for William Byron to run a solid race and be inside the T5 when we come to the checkered flag on Sunday.
