GEICO 500 Prop Bet of the Week
Kyle Busch Top Chevrolet (+600)
It’s the Geico 500 at Talladega this week – one of the hardest races to predict, if not the most difficult. You can expect carnage in this race. The prices that are available on the better drivers are higher this week, but they come equipped with the inherent risk of superspeedway racing.
This is the one NASCAR prop bet that stands out to me this week, and I see it as value. Kyle Busch had one of the best cars in both of the superspeedway races this year. He worked his way to the front early to lead laps in the Daytona 500 and had a near win with a photo finish coming at Atlanta. Busch won here at Talladega last year and has always raced well at superspeedways. Out of all of the Chevys, I expect him to be the strongest. I’ll take the 6-1 odds for him to finish as the top Chevy in this spot.
