FedEx Cup Fall Player of the Week: Collin Morikawa (+650 Outright; -165 Top-10)
Collin Morikawa is the defending champion of the ZOZO Championship, winning by six strokes a year ago. He’s finished T10 in two of his last three starts at the Narashino Country Club, including a seventh-place finish in 2021.
Many are concerned by the University of California, Berkeley product’s inconsistent iron play this season, but his irons and driver off the tee weren’t necessarily strong last season here, as he hit just 19 fairways. However, his approach game made up for some wayward first shots, as he hit greens in regulation at a 73% clip in last year’s tournament.
Morikawa comes into the ZOZO Championship in great form, finishing runner-up at the TOUR Championship, which included him posting the lowest gross total. Drink the juice on the -165 T10 and hit the +650 outright.
