Now, let’s share our “In the Scope” picks, players you can grab now for free who will increase in value moving forward that could be next week’s top waiver wire adds.

Erick All Jr. (TE, Cincinnati Bengals) | 2.4%

If you’re scrambling for tight end help after injuries or disappointing performances, Bengals rookie Erick All Jr. is worth a speculative add. Over the last two weeks, All Jr. has led the Bengals’ tight ends in snaps, with 60% in Week 4 and 52% in Week 5, and had six total targets in that span. With Mike Gesicki being used less, All Jr. has emerged as a key part of the offense, ranking No. 2 among all tight ends in target rate (36.4%) and No. 3 in fantasy points per route run (0.61).

With the Bengals sporting the second-worst scoring defense, high-scoring game scripts could be in the Iowa product’s favor. As the team looks to evaluate their young talent amidst a 1-4 start, All Jr. is a great low-cost pickup with the potential for big upside from the leftovers of the Week 6 waiver wire pool.

Xavier Hutchinson (WR, Houston Texans) | 0.1%

Xavier Hutchinson could be the Texans’ next man up after Nico Collins’ recent injury. Hutchinson logged a 71% snap share in Week 4, out-snapping Tank Dell, and he’s proven to be a capable blocker. That willingness to block keeps him on the field in this offense, and he finished Week 4 with two catches for 31 yards while finding soft spots in zone coverage.

Hutchinson’s opportunity should grow with Collins being placed on Injured Reserve (IR), making him a worthwhile stash in deeper leagues. With air yards already in his favor, bigger days could be ahead for the former Iowa State Cyclone as he steps into a larger role.

Darius Slayton (WR, New York Giants) | 4.2%

Darius Slayton continues to be a deep threat for the Giants, offering fantasy managers an option with big-play potential. Slayton’s speed and ability to get downfield make him a valuable asset, especially in matchups where the Giants need to stretch the field. He’s been consistently involved in the offense and has the potential for explosive games.

In addition, rumors of a possible trade to a team like the Chiefs or Bills could boost Slayton’s fantasy stock even further. Whether he remains with the Giants or moves to a more high-powered offense, Slayton is worth a look for managers in need of wide receiver help.
