NFL Week 6 Player Prop Bets of the Week (2024)
Terry McLaurin (WR, Washington Commanders) | Over 60.5 Receiving Yards (-120)
“Scary” Terry McLaurin is averaging just 60.6 receiving yards per game in 2024, but that doesn’t tell the whole story. He kicked off the season with just 39 yards over two games as rookie phenom Jayden Daniels was getting his bearings in the NFL. Since then, McLaurin has had a pair of games go over the century mark, sandwiched around a seven-catch affair. He is Daniels’s unquestioned top option now, and the second option is a revolving door.
The Baltimore Ravens’ defense is surrendering over 300 yards per game through the air. Rashee Rice, Davante Adams and Ja’Marr Chase each eclipse 100 yards, with Chase going for 193 while his Bengals teammate Tee Higgins went over 80.
Daniels looks more comfortable every week, and the connection he’s built with his first option makes this an easy play.

Jalen Tolbert (WR, Dallas Cowboys) | Anytime Touchdown (+195)
There is an excellent payout opportunity here on a player Vegas hasn’t figured out yet. Jalen Tolbert caught what ended up being the game-winning touchdown last week on his 10th target. He will continue to see considerate volume with Brandin Cooks on Injured Reserve (IR). With the lack of playmakers in the Cowboys’ offense, Tolbert should also see plenty of action in the red zone as Detroit blankets CeeDee Lamb.
The Lions have allowed just four passing touchdowns in four games, but they’ve allowed five on the ground. However, Dallas’s run game is suspect, leading to an 8:2 ratio of passing TDs versus rushing TDs. Detroit allows 258.3 yards per game (No. 27 in the league), so the Cowboys should spend plenty of time in Lions territory. It’s a solid bet that Dallas should come away with each of their top two receivers finding paydirt.
Breece Hall (RB, New York Jets) | Over 60 Rushing Yards (+135)
The only thing stopping me from taking this bet up to 70 yards for a huge +225 payout is the unspecified nature of the offensive plan of attack. Former passing game coordinator Todd Downing is now the play-caller. At first blush, another passing game coordinator might spell doom for a running back, but Aaron Rodgers‘s old buddy Nathaniel Hackett oversaw the pass-first approach.
It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to see that the Jets must revisit their identity as running the football. Before two down games against capable fronts, the Broncos and Vikings, Hall had tallied two contests over 50 yards and one over 60. He now licks his chops against a Bills’ defense that’s allowing 144 yards per game on a 5.2 Yards Per Cary (YPC) clip. Furthermore, Buffalo has allowed 120-plus yards rushing in three of their five games this season. It’s the perfect setup for the Jets to get back to basics after Rodgers heaved the ball 54 times a week ago.
